Pavilion Western Wedding Package
At the Pavilion Samui Boutique Resort, you can have your dream wedding arranged tailor-made at your own choice or at our specially designed package arrangement.
Fee: THB 72,000++ includes:
- One night stay in the Hydro Pool Villa for Bride and Groom, honeymoon, set up with flowers petals on the bed and American Breakfast for 2 persons, served at your room in the day after the wedding party.
- The area set-up either at the terrace or at the beach with flowers and decorative heart shape floral arch.
- We provide a Master of Ceremony (the priest) who will read the wedding vows which may be adjusted as per Bride and Groom's requirement.
- Hair dressing and make up for bride and groom.
- One rose corsage for the groom and one bouquet for the Bride.
- Cake cutting ceremony with a 5 pounds of wedding cake and a bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate.
- Candle light set dinner for bride and groom with a bottle of house white or red wine.
- An hour photographer including 20 photos.
Remark: The above package does not include the marriage license. If you are in need of such.
- Issue the certificate letter for bride and groom from the respective Embassy of your country in Thailand (in English Language).
- The Certificate Letter of bride and groom issued in English language by the embassies, have to be translated into Thai language by the Law office in Bangkok.
- The original of the documents from point 1 and 2 must be valid and stamped (on every page) by The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Bangkok.
Note: The valid passport of bride and groom must be shown for steps 1, 2, and 3.
To complete the above, you may plan 5 working days in Bangkok (Please take into consideration the Thailand's Public Holidays) It is strongly recommended to make appointment with the authorities in order to have the documents issued on time. - Once in Samui, the document will be given to Nathon City Hall a few days prior to the wedding (according to check-in date) for issuing the Wedding certificate (in Thai language). The authorities come to the hotel for signing the documents after the wedding ceremony at the hotel.
Please note that hotel is not responsible for completing the steps from 1 to 4: the bride and groom are the sole responsible for issuing the documents.
Step 1 to 4 are not required if the bride and groom do not need any legal paper for certifying their wedding.
