Stayed for 6 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the visit, staff were excellent and very friendly, rooms were great and the overall resort was hard to leave. There is lots in Lamai, but we found we rarely left the resort as there was really no need, the beach is right on the doorstep, pool is great and the food in the restaurant was excellent.

We stayed for 15 days in Pavilion Boutique Resort and we enjoyed it very much. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean and all the rooms are like in a garden with lots of flowers. Lamai village is directly behind the hotel and you can go walking, shopping and also eating very easely.

Peaceful get away with wonderful staff!

We stayed at this hotel for five nights in april this year.
We loved our Jazucci room, wich was clean and modern with a touch of luxury.
The service at this hotel was outstanding, and the surroundings were beautiful.
There were not alot of kids at this hotel, so perfect for honeymooners, and other couples.
We also got to see the inside of some of the villas at the property, wich were amazing with own pools. Definitly worth the extra cost.
The location is right at the beginning of the main street in Lamai, but still secluded and peaceful. We loved our stay, and will be back.

Gorgeous hotel, super location.

Just returned from 10 glorious days at this hotel.
A beautiful property, in a super convenient location both in terms of beach , shopping , bars and restaurants.
We had a hydro pool villa. Number 317, a great location for the room as it was very close to both the pool and the restaurant. Normally I would be concerned about it being noisy but we never heard noise or had any disturbance. That said the walls of the villa are a little thin and we could clearly hear the TV next-door on occasion.

We stayed for three nights at the end of our Honeymoon. Our whole trip was booked by an agency and they had booked us into the deluxe jacuzzi room. we had decided before arrival that we would inquire as to the cost of an upgrade. They had been informed of our honeymoon when we arrived and showed us the room we booked it was extremely nicely laid out with fruit and rose petals on the bed.

Wonderful hotel

We recently stayed at the pavilion resort after viewing many other hotels in samui. We just walked in and asked what they had available which unfortunately at the time was only a pool villa (if you want the more affordable rooms make sure you book in advance) our room and its private pool were amazing and we didn't regret paying extra for it. its not over the top luxury but has everything you need and is very well looked after. it is not cheap to stay here but offers so much more than other hotels that are near which are very basic and some are not very clean.

other hotels in this class range are extremely expensive so this is the most affordable luxury that we found and believe me we looked.

unfortunately they were unable to fulfil our request for a late check out as other guests had booked our room on the day of our departure but the staff were extremely helpful offering secure storage of our luggage and even made us up a room we could shower and change in before we left

Great hotel

Stayed for 4 nights at the Pavilion, continuing honeymoon after Phi Phi Island. We were due to stay in a plunge pool room but after complaining of a smell in the room, which we think were drains, we were moved swiftly to another room and upgraded to a pool room which was wonderful. The staff couldn't do enough for you and the breakfast was wonderful with a great choice and something for everyone.

nice holidays in a nice and friendly hotel

We had a really nice stay at the pavilion. we did book a jacuzzi-room and we found, what we had expected. Room and bed were sufficiently large and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly at each time. The Resort is because of a very beautiful part of the beach which was cleaned each day. Restaurants and shops are on walking distance. There is also a restaurant in the hotel, the quality is very good, the prices is however in the comparison to the neighbourhood quite high, also in the Lookout-Bar on the beach.

Room Tip: my favorite is the "Hydro-Pool-Villa"
